WELCOME TO OUR WEBSITE !

A warm welcome to the Inverness Branch of the Royal Scottish Country Dance Society,  to new and returning members.
The RSCDS had risen to the challenge of world-wide restrictions and kept Scottish country dancing alive and jigging by Zoom and email, but now we are pleased to be back dancing together (within Govt. guidelines) at St Mary's hall.

If you are thinking of coming along, there is no dress code as such: just wear comfortable clothing and soft shoes (though trainers are not great), you can come along with a partner or on your own as there are always other members to dance with.

Scottish country dancing is a great form of mild exercise and keeps you both brain-fit and physically fit in a relaxed and sociable atmosphere.
