Welcome to the website of Inverness & District branch of the Royal Scottish Country Dance Society.
Those of us who have been dancing for many years really appreciate the friendship and fun we have had, along with the all-round exercise for both body and mind. 
Scottish Country dancing can be enjoyed by the full spectrum of ages from pre-school through to 90 plus. And groups can be found all over the world, you could join a class anywhere and feel right at home ! 
We are always happy to have new members, younger ones in particular, but all are welcome whether you have danced before or not. 
If you fancy having a go, we meet in St Mary’s hall, Huntly Street on Thursday nights from 7.30 - 9.30pm from September onwards, you don’t need a partner just a pair of soft shoes. 
We also organise several social events throughout the year so why not join us ?
